Q. How is my package sent?

A. For USA, a package is sent through UPS Mail Innovation (UPS-MI). UPS-MI picks up the mail, processes (sorts) and transports your mail to the US Postal Service (USPS). USPS accepts your mail piece and makes the final delivery to your mailing address.For Canada, the package is sent through USPS as international mail.

Q. When will I receive my PACKAGE? (USA 10 days)

A. For USA, UPS MI inducts your package into the US Postal Service (USPS) within 48 hours of processing. USPS will then deliver the package within seven to ten days, on average.For Canada, the package will be shipped via USPS International mail. The package is sent out the next business day and may take up to a maximum of 2 weeks before it is delivered. (This is due to a qualification imposed by UPS-MI for packages bound for Canada. Once we've met the qualification, then we will proceed and have UPS-MI send the packages out.)

Q. Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

A. Yes, UPS-MI and USPS can deliver to a P.O. Box.
